Our excellent red Reserva is produced with the vine best grapes of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira varieties. The grapes are grown in the perfect microclimate, picked by hand in the best fields and crushed by purely natural processes. They are processed by gravity in our modern cellar. Fermented in wooden tanks and aged for, at least, 20 months in French oak barrels, giving rise to silky tannins marked by black fruits.
