Experience an authentic harvest day at Quinta do Quetzal, where tradition, nature, and pleasure come together in perfect harmony.

Your morning begins in the vineyard, picking grapes alongside our viticulture team — a relaxed and hands-on moment that brings you closer to the spirit of the Alentejo.

After the morning’s grape picking, pause for a traditional Alentejo bucha — a rustic and flavourful mid-morning snack enjoyed outdoors, just as generations of vineyard workers have done — accompanied by Quetzal Branco wine.

Then, take an immersive guided tour through our winery and wine cellar, following the full journey of the grapes from vineyard to barrel.

The experience concludes with a wine-paired lunch at our panoramic restaurant. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with our wines, showcasing the richness of Alentejo’s gastronomy and terroir.

1st Moment — Olive Macaron, Chorizo Madeleine, and Serpa Cheese Pastry
2nd Moment — Trincadeira Grape Gazpacho, Goat Cheese Ice Cream, and Pickled Mackerel
3rd Moment — River Fish Broth-Style Açorda
4th Moment — Pork à Alentejana
5th Moment — Grape and Carob Dessert with Thyme Cream
