The Terroir range showcases the specific expression of each plot on the estate through varietal wines produced exclusively from grapes grown in a single block — the grape variety and vineyard that performed best in that year. These are limited editions that reveal, without artifice, the unique character of each terroir.
Vinha do Coronel is one of these special blocks. Located on a steep hillside within Quinta do Quetzal, it lies on schist soil, where the Cabernet Sauvignon vines achieve balanced ripeness, good concentration, and firm tannins. The soil’s drainage and the block’s exposure give the fruit precision and keep the profile focused. The result is a Cabernet with controlled intensity,freshness, and minerality.
